Skinnys Invisibles Extra-Thick No-Show Liners
LIMITED DROP Nude 5-Pack:

  • New nude/warm beige color, available for a limited time
  • Our lowest-cut no-show sock
  • "Secret liner cut" for loafers and flats
  • 2x heel-wall thickness to fill air gaps
  • Orthotic-grade GripWrap™ side-wall silicone grips

Extra-thick Skinnys Invisibles are now available in a nude color exclusively in sizes Small and Medium, for a limited time!

Skinnys anti-blister liner socks are custom-designed to ease the rubbing, slipping, and heel blistering in the back of our feet, especially for people with narrow heels.

If you've tried orthotics or heel pads and they didn't work, these liner socks—extra-thick right where they're needed to fill up extra heel space—will be just the trick.

The secret: a 2x-padded heel counter + GripWrap™ orthotic-grade silicone gel grips (twice the silicone in other brands) and a custom-manufactured spandex ankle band for the best shoe fit ever.

Skinnys Invisibles No-Show Liners feature a secret "liner" contour to stay hidden in most slip-on shoes like loafers, flats, or boat shoes.

Wear these nearly invisible padded no-show socks out walking, working, or dancing, and you'll forget you ever suffered heel rubbing before.

Five (5) pairs. Also see options for singles and other colors and style cuts.

How to Wear

You can wear Skinnys two ways:

  • Standalone:
    As a replacement for conventional no-show socks or footies for an invisible ankle-revealing style with loafers or other slip-ons;
  • Under-layer:
Inside other socks—such as dress socks or hiking socks. The double layers (and orthotic-grade GripWrap™ side-wall silicone padding on the Skinnys under-layer sock) will transfer any rubbing away from your skin and onto the fabric-to-fabric contact points.

Features

  • Premium combed cotton extra-padded in the heels, designed for soft comfort and maximum durability (even after many washes)
  • Stay-put elastic ankle band uniquely tailored by Skinnys to prevent sock from slipping down while wearing
  • GripWrap™ orthotic-grade silicone gel grips that wraps around all heel sides to provide extra padding, and temporarily adhere sock to skin
  • Ribbed arch weaving to provide additional support in the midfoot for high arches

Sizing

Note: Skinnys will fit different foot-shapes differently. Our cushioned no-show socks are cut slightly narrower in the heel than typical store-bought socks. For people on the edge between sizes, if you have narrower feet, we recommend following the guidelines as listed. If you have wider feet, you might consider selecting the next larger size of Skinnys if your feet are within a half-size of the top of the guideline ranges.

All sizes are US sizes:

  • Small: Womens 4 ‒ 6½
  • Medium: Mens 6 ‒ 8½ / Womens 7 ‒ 9½
  • Large: Mens 9 ‒ 11½ / Womens 10 ‒ 12½
  • Extra-Large: Mens 12 ‒ 14 / Womens 13+

Details + Care

  • Nude / warm beige
  • Wash cold. Air dry / fluff cycle recommended
  • 85% cotton, 12% polyester, 3% spandex
  • Designed in Hawaii, Made in Korea, Perfect for you

Great Quality

"I have narrow feet and Skinnys Invisibles allow me to shop in a shoe store for regular size shoes. Narrow shoes are so much more expensive and the selection is very limited. Skinnys more than pay for themselves!"

They fit perfect

"They fit perfect"

Great sock- the small runs

"Great sock- the small runs big. I’m a size 8 in women and purchased the small, it bunches up on the heel for me because it’s too long."

Adriana B. (4/5)

Not quite right for me, but still seem well made

"They fine socks, just not quite what I expected. I needed padding at the heel, but these were thicker overall and made the shoes I wanted to fit better in the heel too tight. I’ll wear them with different shoes, but it’s expensive for that. They’re a bit warm, so may be good for winter."

Elizabeth S. (4/5)

Gray socks are showing on my black loafers

"This is my first time trying on a loafer and I noticed that the heels kept slipping out. I purchased these socks to help fix the problem however it created a new problem being that the socks are still showing (not fully a no-show for women’s loafers). I'm not sure if women’s loafers are commonly cut lower than men’s loafers but I think having a third/separate option just for women’s socks in a ballet style is a true no-show. I'm on the fence about returning it since it does fit and solve my initial issue but it does not look right (no picture option for the review)."

Love ‘em!

"Love the extra-thick, it’s what I was looking for. Thank you! I wish you have other colors though, like black and white."

Chris L. (5/5)

Love

"Love these socks - so comfortable,"

Stephanie S. (5/5)

Great!

"Comfortable, don’t slip and are completely covered by shoes"

Sophie B. (5/5)

Heel Not Thick

"The heel area on these is not thicker than any of my other exercise socks. In fact, it is less padded than some. My tennis shoes can actually slip off my heel when wearing these. The sock is well constructed and has no slip grip. But otherwise there is nothing special about these socks. They are advertised as so padded that it would make my shoes fit my skinny feet better. This is not accurate."

Molly V. (2/5)

Very Glad I Tried These!

"I have only worn these socks once, so I can't speak to how they will hold up over time with wear and washings, but the one wear was spectacular! They stayed on my foot, they did not bunch up at the heel, either, when I put my shoe on, which all other no-shows do, including Bombas - my favorite sock company. They are thick enough to substantially fill the shoe without adding unnecessary sock bulk in shoes with a slipper profile like loafers and Oxfords. Really, really pleased, happy I tried, and I did purchase more! They have clearly put thought and effort into no-show sock design."

Will extra-thick no-show socks tighten my shoe fit?

Why are all no-show socks paper thin, and could they be used to make loose shoes fit a bit tighter?

For those of us who need a tighter shoe fit—because we blister in our heels or because our feet pop up or slip out of our shoes—thin socks simply won't cut it.

We need the most padded no-show socks we can find, especially in the heel area!

How to find socks with actual heel padding —  Hint: You have to turn them inside out

Most so-called "padded socks" on the market usually provide too much thickness in the areas you don't need it (toe box and sole) and annoyingly underpad the outer heel walls.

A big secret: the only way to learn how a sock is structured is to turn it inside out.

What are “specialty socks” and why are they more expensive?

One question we're sometimes asked is why Skinnys cost what they do, when generic socks can be had for a few bucks a pair.

It really comes down to what it takes to produce Skinnys and the fact that they're manufactured in more limited quantities.

They're a little pricier, but you won't find this type of product anywhere else.

Why do shoes slip at the heel?

Simply put, most shoe manufacturers design their shoes for "average" heels, even though around 25% of us would benefit from a slimmer-designed heel cup.

For those of us in the narrower group, off-the-shelf shoes often have heel cups that just have too much space—too much air—leaving a gap between the shoe and our heel. For non-padded shoes (dress shoes, loafers, boat shoes, etc.), there's even less room for error. And so our shoes slip off our feet.
