Shipping policy

All products are shipped from the United States and are currently available for order to international markets as follows (please see details for your country further down the page):

If you'd like to make a large purchase for international resale or distribution, please contact us to discuss.

Shipping to the United States

  • Economy Shipping (6–8 business days) is free for all orders in the United States over $49, otherwise $5.75. We typically ship out items with Economy shipping within 1-2 business days after an order is made and use a variety of carriers and methods to minimize cost.
  • Standard USPS Shipping (2–5 business days) is available for $7.35 (or $1.95 for orders over $49). We typically ship out items with Standard USPS Shipping on the next business day after an order is made using USPS Advantage Service with Tracking.
  • USPS Priority Mail Shipping + Expedited Handling (2–3 business days + expedited up-front handling) is available for $13.95 to anywhere in the 50 states, outlying territories, and APOs/FPOs. Priority Mail shipping is nonrefundable once the order has shipped. We will make best efforts to ship out Priority Mail items same-day for orders made before 10am Eastern Time on a business day.

For orders that are extremely urgent, please contact us for custom express shipping options, including overnight or guaranteed 2-day delivery.

Shipping to Canada

Skinnys can now ship all products to Canada.

Please check your cart for detailed pricing, and be aware shipping fees are nonrefundable once the order has shipped.

We provide two options to Canada:

  • Economy Shipping (8–20 business days) is free for all orders over $95 CAD, otherwise $16.95 CAD. Skinnys ships internationally using Asendia (E-paq Plus with Tracking), with final delivery typically made by your local postal service. Liability for delivery exceptions once a package has entered the destination country is the responsibility of customer. Delivery times may vary beyond the estimate, depending on destination postal service and customs. We typically ship out items with international Economy Shipping on the next business day after an order is made.
  • USPS Global Express Guaranteed (2–3 business days + expedited up-front handling) with delivery and customs managed by FedEx. Prices start at $64.95 US. FedEx may assess you customs duties and/or PST/GST/HST before they will deliver the product. No further handling fees should apply. We will make best efforts to ship out USPS Global Express Guaranteed items same-day for orders made before 10am Eastern Time on a business day.

Skinnys products are manufactured in South Korea and are designed and sold by Skinnys, a US Company, so, to our knowledge, the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement and the USMCA/CUSMA (formerly NAFTA) treaties should result in a customs waiver, but customers may still be subject to provincial taxes. Unfortunately we cannot advise on whether or not taxes or customs duties will be imposed by Canada and cannot accept any liability for customs duties, taxes, and/or associated handling fees.

Returns from Canadian orders will require that postage be paid by the customer to the United States, with customers liable for loss until the return is fully delivered to our offices.

Shipping to the United Kingdom, European Union, and Switzerland

Skinnys can now ship all products to the UK; and all products other than single pairs to the EU and Switzerland.

Shipping will generally be initiated as follows:

  • Economy Shipping (6–20 business days) is free for all orders over £65 / €75, otherwise £9.95 / €12.95. Skinnys ships internationally using Asendia (E-paq Plus with Tracking), with final delivery typically made by your local postal service. Liability for delivery exceptions once a package has entered the destination country is the responsibility of customer. Delivery times may vary beyond the estimate, depending on destination postal service and customs. We typically ship out items with international Economy Shipping on the next business day after an order is made.
  • Note: Shipping pricing/timing may be different for certain smaller EU countries. Please review the cart checkout page after entering your address to verify your options. If your EU country isn't listed, please contact us so we can review options to consider enabling it.

Shipments under £135 (UK) / €150 (EU) should result in a customs waiver, but customers may still be subject to VAT being collected by the local postal or customs authority prior to delivery. Shipments under 65 CHF (CH) should result in both a customs and VAT waiver. Unfortunately we cannot advise specifically on whether or not taxes or customs duties will be imposed by the destination country in practice and cannot accept any liability for customs duties, taxes, and/or associated handling fees.

Returns from UK/EU/CH orders will require that postage be paid by the customer to the United States, with customers liable for loss until the return is fully delivered to our offices.

Shipping to Australia and New Zealand

Skinnys can now ship all products (other than single pairs) to Australia and New Zealand.

  • Economy Shipping (6–20 business days) is free for all orders over $125 AUD / $135 NZD, otherwise starting around $16 AUD/NZD. Skinnys ships internationally using Asendia (E-paq Plus with Tracking), with final delivery typically made by your local postal service. Liability for delivery exceptions once a package has entered the destination country is the responsibility of customer. Delivery times may vary beyond the estimate, depending on destination postal service and customs. We typically ship out items with international Economy Shipping on the next business day after an order is made.

Shipping to the Philippines

Delivery times may vary, but have been taking 8-25 business days depending on the destination postal service and customs.

To our knowledge, Skinnys orders under $150 US will generally not be subject to customs duties or VAT. Unfortunately we cannot advise specifically on whether or not any duties or taxes will be imposed by the destination country and cannot accept any liability for customs duties, taxes, and/or associated administration fees.

Shipping to Singapore

Unfortunately we cannot advise specifically on whether or not any duties or taxes will be imposed by the destination country and cannot accept any liability for customs duties, taxes, and/or associated administration fees.

Shipping to the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Skinnys can now ship to the UAE.

Shipping will generally be initiated as follows:

  • USPS First Class International Package Service,
    with final delivery by a carrier of the US Postal Service's choosing, but typically Emirates Post. Liability for delivery exceptions once a package has entered the destination country is the responsibility of customer. Prices start at $14.95 US. Delivery times may vary, but have been taking 10-25 business days depending on the destination postal service and customs.

To our knowledge, Skinnys orders under $200 US will generally not be subject to customs duties, but Emirates Post may still collect VAT (and a small administration fee) upon delivery. Unfortunately we cannot advise specifically on whether or not any duties or taxes will be imposed by the UAE and cannot accept any liability for customs duties, taxes, and/or associated administration fees.

Returns from UAE orders will require that postage be paid by the customer to the United States, with customers liable for loss until the return is fully delivered to our offices.
