If, after trying a pair of Skinnys, you don't absolutely love it, please return it to us for a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email us at info@wearskinnys.com and include your order number if you still have it. Please provide some information on why you didn't like the product. We'll provide easy instructions for shipping the product back, and we'll issue you a refund upon our receipt of the returned product.

Limitations

Although Skinnys will generally accept returns of any and all merchandise, unless there is a manufacturing defect, we can only accept a return of up to one worn pair of socks per customer per year. Other than the single used pair permitted by this policy, all other returned merchandise must be unworn in resell-able condition, in its original, unopened packaging. Outbound shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of customer.
